Our Commitment
ICPS Global believes that access to professional medical education, certification, and resources should be available to all qualified healthcare professionals, regardless of ability. We are committed to providing a website and digital services that are accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Accessibility Features
Visual Accessibility
Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text), scalable text that supports browser zoom up to 200%, and no reliance on color alone to convey information.
Keyboard Navigation
All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard. Users can navigate the entire site using Tab, Enter, Space, and arrow keys without requiring a mouse or touch input.
Screen Reader Support
Semantic HTML structure, ARIA labels, and descriptive alt text for images ensure compatibility with screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack.
Readable Content
Clear, plain-language content with consistent navigation, logical heading hierarchy, and sufficient spacing to support users with cognitive or reading disabilities.
Mobile Accessibility
Responsive design ensures full functionality across all device sizes. Touch targets meet minimum size requirements, and the site functions correctly with mobile screen readers.
Motion & Animation
Animations respect the user's "prefers-reduced-motion" system setting. Users who prefer reduced motion will experience a simplified, non-animated version of the site.

Known Limitations & Ongoing Improvements
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, some areas of our website are still being improved. We are actively working to address the following:
- Some older PDF documents (research publications prior to 2024) may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.
- Third-party embedded content (such as video players) may have limited accessibility features. We are evaluating accessible alternatives.
- Some complex data tables in certification comparison sections are being updated to include proper header associations.
We conduct regular accessibility audits and address identified issues on a priority basis. Our goal is to achieve and maintain full WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance across all digital properties.
